Feeling the need to take a pause, nourish your soul and connect with others? I’ll be offering a series of contemplative retreats this winter designed to be a fulfilling way to refresh and renew your soul. Presentations include the use of images, music and poetry as well as prompts for reflection. I find that people also enjoy sharing in small groups during these online presentations so I make sure to include time for you to connect in that way.

All of my Winter 2020 and 2021 retreats will be conducted via Zoom. Please note all retreat times are listed in Central Standard Time (CST). If you are living in a different time zone, please be sure to determine the correct time in your area.

I look forward to meeting new friends through these winter offerings and seeing familiar faces!

Writing the Prologue to Your New Year Mini-Retreat ONLINE via ZOOM

Sponsored by the Chicago Cenacle Retreat Center

Start the new year with a positive plan. There is a saying, ‘write it down, make it happen.” Instead of letting events act on us, we can create our own story. We begin by writing the plot for what we’d like to see happen in our lives in the new year. We make a start by reflecting on not only where we’ve been in the past year, but mainly where we want to be going in the new year.

Retreat Time: Wednesday, Jan 13, 2021 from 10 AM - Noon Central Standard Time.

Suggested Donation: $20
